The wife found a recipe for dill refrigerator pickles. Since we had a buttload of homegrown cucumbers, using them for pickles was a most excellent choice.
They should sit in the fridge for at least a day or more, but I’m sure a sample will be had during tonight’s supper.
Supper? Oh yeah. As I wrote this, the wife is making her fresh Summer Pasta dish. It will have homegrown zucchini, green pepper, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and garlic herb goat cheese. All mixed with rigatoni.
Good eating to be had this evening.
