Nothing better than the smell of a roast doing its thing in the crock pot.
Get a pan nice and hot, coat the roast with olive oil. Then smear it down with steak seasoning. Add just enough water to bring it up to nearly the top of the roast (don’t submerge it). Put the crock pot on low for about 8 hours.
The trick to an even tastier batch? Put in a pouch of onion soup mix.
Kicks it up notches. Trust me on this.
